Telzen Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Telzen’s eSIM services (“Services”). By purchasing or using Telzen Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Telzen and Paddle
Telzen is a digital eSIM service operated by Netro Systems Limited (“Telzen”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Payments for Telzen Services are processed and resold by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Depending on your location, Paddle acts through Paddle.com Inc. or Paddle Payments Limited (together, “Paddle”). When you complete a purchase, you are purchasing Telzen Services from Paddle, and your transaction is also governed by Paddle’s applicable Checkout Buyer Terms or Invoicing Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 12 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Use the Services for lawful purposes only
3. Description of Services
Telzen provides:
- Digital eSIMs and mobile data plans
- Optional features such as VPN access, loyalty points, and customer tools
Service availability, coverage, speed, and performance vary based on:
- Network partners
- Device compatibility
- Geographic location
- Local regulations
Telzen does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or universal coverage.
3. eSIM Activation & Device Compatibility
- eSIM activation requires a compatible and unlocked device
- Installation instructions must be followed exactly
- Telzen is not responsible for failures caused by:

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
- Prices are displayed at checkout and set by Paddle as Merchant of Record
- All payments are collected by Paddle
- Paddle handles applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges
- Telzen does not store or process your payment details
Currency conversion and bank fees may be applied by your payment provider or Paddle.
6. Data Plans & Usage
- All plans are prepaid
- Data allowances expire as stated at purchase
- Unused data does not roll over unless explicitly stated
- Speeds may be throttled or reduced due to:

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record:
- All refund requests are processed by Paddle
- Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with:

| o | Applicable consumer protection laws |
Refunds may be granted if:
- The eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical fault attributable to Telzen
- No data has been used
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Incompatible devices
- User installation errors
- Used or partially used data plans
- Changes in travel plans
- Network limitations beyond Telzen’s control
Chargebacks are handled by Paddle, and excessive chargebacks may result in service suspension.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
- Attempt to bypass network restrictions
- Resell or redistribute eSIMs without authorization
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with Telzen systems
Violations may result in suspension or termination of Services.
9. VPN & Security Features
VPN and security features are provided “as is” without guarantees. Telzen does not warrant that these features will:
- Prevent all cyber threats
- Bypass geo-restrictions
- Operate without interruption
Users remain responsible for device security.
10. Loyalty Points & Promotions
- Telzen Points have no cash value
- Points may expire or be modified at any time
- Telzen may discontinue loyalty programs without notice
11. Intellectual Property
All Telzen software, branding, and content are owned by Netro Systems Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse Telzen intellectual property without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Telzen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected Service
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telzen and Paddle from claims arising from:
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of applicable laws or regulations
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- Telzen’s Privacy Policy
- Paddle’s Privacy Policy
Telzen and Paddle act as independent data controllers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of London, United Kingdom without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
